The GerdingEdlen South Waterfront 3720 condo project is being converted into apartment rentals as the developers reportedly realized the implications of painfully slow condo sales.  Although the conversion to apartments is seen as a success, the outcome is most likely the result of tight credit, both for the developers and the potential condo buyers.
